We had our first snow of the season on November 28, 2021. It was only a light dusting, but the temperature stayed below freezing all day, under heavy overcast, so nothing melted. I had hours to spend working with the delicate snowfall on the hiking trails at Hidden Valley Preserve in Washington, CT.
